Bangkok is one of the well-planned cities in Southeast Asia. The urban planners must have thought so very well what is good for the city and foreseen the growth of this highly industrial country.
Transportation is easy and convenient around the city. Tourists will have several options to go to popular areas.
Like other emerging cities, flyovers have become a solution to worsening traffic situations. It provides alternative routes for vehicles as a way to de-congest traffic in the city.
Taxis are multi-colored in Bangkok. So, I could not tell exactly the reason behind but maybe the city government has assigned specificied colors to certain taxi operations around Bangkok, Thailand.
